Explanation :

When the Trojan is executed, it creates the following files:
[PATH TO TROJAN]\rep.bin
[PATH TO TROJAN]\rep.tmp

The Trojan then steals Track 1 and 2 data for payment cards, which may be stored in the memory of the compromised computer.
