Explanation :

Worm:Win32/Autorun.JN!inf is the detection for an INF file dropped by Worm:Win32/Autorun.JN in removable drives.  Worm:Win32/Autorun.JN creates the autorun configuration file named 'autorun.inf', which is set to run a worm copy. When the removable drive is accessed from another machine supporting the Autorun feature, the worm is launched automatically.
