Explanation :

When this Trojan is executed, it creates the following file:
%Windir%\sjyntmv.dat
The Trojan then opens a back door on the compromised computer, allowing an attacker to perform any of the following actions:
Get system informationGet network informationRead, write, list, delete, and execute filesGet installed security product informationGet timezone, keyboard, and calendar informationEnumerate and query keys or values from the registryGet information on running processes
