Explanation :

Exploit:Win32/CVE-2010-3962.A is a detection for a specially-crafted HTML script that is designed to attempt to exploit the reported vulnerability described by Microsoft Security Advisory 2458511. InstallationThe vulnerability affects Internet Explorer 6, Internet Explorer 7 and Internet Explorer 8. In a web-based attack scenario, an attacker could create a webpage that is used to exploit this vulnerability. In addition, compromised websites and websites that accept or host user-provided content or advertisements could contain specially-crafted content that could exploit this vulnerability. An attacker would have to convince users to visit the website, typically by getting them to click a link in an email or Instant Messenger message that takes users to the attacker's Web site. By exploiting this vulnerability, an attacker may be able to execute remote arbitrary code on a vulnerable computer.  Analysis by Vincent Tiu
