We have seen this malicious JavaScript file added to compromised websites.

Redirects to another website containing adware

This threat generates a hidden script and injects it into the current HTML webpage.

The script redirects the web browser to certain pages containing adware, for example .i.illuminationes.com/jsnitch?.
