Explanation :

Exploit:JS/Mult.DK is a detection for malicious JavaScript which attempts to exploit a vulnerability in Adobe Reader via the user's web browser. The presence of the JavaScript on a compromised web server may be the result of a vulnerability in older versions of Wordpress.
