This threat can set up and control Bitcoin mining programs on your PC without your consent. Bitcoin mining can use a lot of resources and make your PC seem like it is running very slow.

This trojan can also:

  • Update the Bitcoin mining program and configuration
  • Register the Bitcoin miner component as a service
  • Download and run files on your PC
  • Collect information about your PC, such as which programs you have installed

The following could indicate that you have this threat on your PC:

  • You PC seems to be running slower than usual
