Application.SysrestoreDisabler.A is also known as SPR/Agent.BS.

Explanation :

Once executed, it opens the System Properties window on the System Restore tab, checks the "Turn off System Restore" button and closes the window. This way, it disables the System Restore Service. It doesn't work on the English versions of Microsoft Windows.
