Hello,
I did disconnect my USB-hard disk with properly dismount it.
And no when I connect it is no longer recognized, when I reconnect it.
Even after restart of my macbook, still doesn't work.
How do I fix this ?

I had this problem once.
I solved it by connecting (and properly dismount) on another computer.
And then connect it again to the macbook.

Re: USB-drive no longer recognized
You can also try to load it manually:
In Utilities > Terminal
Type: diskutil list to find your drive (mine is disk2s1)
Unmount the drive: diskutil unmount /dev/disk2s1
Mount the drive: diskutil mount /dev/disk2s1
