windows phone 8 see process running

Hi,

I have baught a new GSM with Windows phone 8 on it.

How do I get a list of the programs/apps runnings?

I don't know if there is really a process list.
But I think the back button (The left-arrow at the bottom left of every windows phone)
goes to the last opened application,
and so back through every open app until you get to the homescreen.
They should then all be closed.

I haven't used Win8 phones that much, so I'm not sure.
