A potential security vulnerability has been identified in the ProCurve Series 9300m Switches. The vulnerability could be remotely exploited resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS).

BACKGROUND
RESOLUTION
Customers who have installed the vulnerable system software versions 08.0.01c – 08.0.01j should install 07.8.03.
The version 07.8.03 software can be obtained from the Procurve Networking Software for Switches website: http://www.hp.com/rnd/software/switches.htm
