Trojan.JS.Obsq.Gen is also known as Trojan-Downloader.JS.Agent.ab, Troj/Obscux-Fam, JScript/SillyDL.AKK!Trojan.
Explanation :
This generic detection targets html files containing exploits or links to exploits, that use javascript obfuscation and encryption techniques. Usually, the decrypted html contains multiple exploits, such as:
