Additional DetailsTrojan:JS/ChatScript is a obfuscated JavaScript program typically found on adult sites, where it offers links to unsuspecting website visitors via a fake chat-box type pop-up window. The links displayed may be malicious.

Execution

When a visitor views the page, the script displays a pop-up window designed to imitate MSN Live Messenger. The pop-up window contains a custom avatar, text messages and a link, which are retrieved from the remote server doublepimp.com (associated with an advertisement service).

The content of the fake Messenger window are designed to look like a chat conversation with a woman in the user's geographical area, and are meant to entice the user into clicking the link.
