Trojan.Win32.Vicepass.A is also known as TROJAN-SPY.WIN32.VICEPASS.A, TROJ_VICEPASS.A, , W32/VICEPASS.A!TR.
Trojan.Win32.Vicepass.A is a Trojan that targets the Windows platform. This malware attempts to brute force a log-on to the admin console of local router(s). It also attempts to gather information about other devices or systems on the local network that have an accessible web-portal. Gathered information is sent back to a remote server. It has been reported that this malware is spread as a fake Adobe Flash update.
