The webpage contains fields that imitates a job application form. It attempts to collect the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Email address
- Phone number
- Current job
- Current age
It may appear similar to the following:
If the user presses the "Submit/Continue" button, the information is collected and sent to a remote attacker.
