Virus:Win32/Ramnit!remnants is a detection for remnants within files that are improperly infected by Virus:Win32/Ramnit. Virus:Win32/Ramnit is a virus that infects Windows executable files and HTML files and spreads to removable drives.  Additional Information Because of the buggy nature of the infection, the remnant code does not load when the executable is run.
