Red Hat OpenShift Service Mesh Containers for 2.3.2

Red Hat OpenShift Service Mesh is the Red Hat distribution of the Istio

* golang: net/http: An attacker can cause excessive memory growth in a Go
server accepting HTTP/2 requests (CVE-2022-41717)
