Safari 13 addresses the following:

WebKit Page Loading
Available for: macOS Mojave 10.14.6 and macOS High Sierra 10.13.6
Impact: Processing maliciously crafted web content may lead to
universal cross site scripting
Description: A logic issue was addressed with improved state
management.
CVE-2019-8674

Safari 13 may be obtained from the Mac App Store.
