An update for openshift-ansible is now available for Red Hat OpenShift
Container Platform 3.11.

Kubernetes application platform solution designed for on-premise or private
cloud deployments.
Security Fix(es):
* openshift-ansible: dockergc service account incorrectly associated with
namespace during upgrade (CVE-2019-14819)
