LibVNCServer is a C library that enables you to implement VNC server
functionality into own programs.

Security Fix(es):

* libvncserver: Heap out-of-bounds write in rfbserver.c in
rfbProcessFileTransferReadBuffer() allows for potential code execution
(CVE-2018-15127)
