CVE ID : CVE-2018-0739

It was discovered that constructed ASN.1 types with a recursive
definition could exceed the stack, potentially leading to a denial of
service.

For the stable distribution (stretch), this problem has been fixed in
version 1.0.2l-2+deb9u3.

We recommend that you upgrade your openssl1.0 packages.
