But it works with Opera ?

Error Code: INET_E_DOWNLOAD_FAILURE

I know it is correct, because it is a server I control and it is working.

I had the same problem after a security update.

TLS1.2 was enforced, you need to re-activate TLS1.1, TLS1.0.

You can do this by opening inetcpl.cpl (in start)
In the window Internet Properties,
The tab Advanced you can select TLS1.1 and TLS1.0

Restart Edge and it should work.
