removing Flipboard

Hi,
I have an annoying app Flipboard that is sending message on my Samsung phone.
I didn't install the app and can't find it in the application?
How do I remove it?

It is a feature called Briefing screen, you can see the screen by swiping right.
It is basically a Flipboard feed.
You can disable it by:
Long-press on a blank area of your device's home screen. After a few seconds thumbnails for each panel will show up; swipe to the right until you can see the Briefing panel.
At the top of the panel is a check box (or switch), tap on it to remove the check mark, (switch it to the left, off). Once it's removed, press the home button on your device.
